Where We Ship

We currently ship to:

• Cyprus

• Greece

⏱ Processing Time

Orders are dispatched on the next working day after your order is confirmed and payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched on the next working day.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Delivery Timeframes

Cyprus

• Delivered to the BoxNow locker of your choice, usually within 1–2 working days of ordering. Please allow up to 5 working days during busy periods.

Greece

• Delivered to a BoxNow locker, usually within 7–10 working days.

Please note: Delivery times may vary slightly during holidays, sales, or due to courier delays beyond our control.

Shipping Fees

Cyprus: €3.50 – free delivery on orders of €50 or more.
Greece: €15.00 – free delivery on orders over €199.
Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Packaging

All orders are packed with care using recyclable and eco-friendly materials where possible — because we care about little ones and the planet.

Delays or Issues

While we do our best to meet delivery timelines, there may be occasional delays due to:

Missing or Damaged Orders

If your parcel arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date)

• Email info@irandehorizons.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable

We’ll work quickly to investigate and resolve the matter, whether it means resending the order or issuing a refund.
