📦Return & Refund Policy

Welcome to IRANDE! We want your shopping experience to be smooth and joyful — from first click to delivery. But if something doesn’t feel quite right, we’re here to help. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how to return or exchange items, and how we handle refunds

🔁 How to Return an Item

If you’d like to return something, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Email us at info@irandehorizons.com with:

    • Your full name and order number

    • The item(s) you’d like to return

    • Your contact phone number

  2. Wait for our approval and return instructions

  3. Once approved, send the item(s) back using any shipping method you prefer

    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

💸 Refunds & Store Credit

We’re happy to issue store credit in the form of a gift voucher for most eligible returns. However, in line with EU consumer law, you may also request a monetary refund if:

  • You return the item within 14 days of delivery under your right of withdrawal

  • The item is returned in perfect condition with tags and packaging

  • You are the original purchaser

 

✅ Full refunds will also be granted in cases where:

  • You received a faulty item

  • The product was not what you ordered

 

Refunds (when approved) are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receipt and inspection. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error or issue on our part.

🎁 Gift Returns

Got a gift from IRANDE? No problem!

If it’s eligible for return, we’ll provide a gift voucher for the product’s value — no cash refunds, but you’ll have plenty of lovely options to choose from.

Just contact us at info@irandehorizons.com and mention it was a gift.

🚚 Delivery Information

We currently ship to:

  • Cyprus (2–5 business days)

  • Greece (7–10 business days)

 

Please allow extra time during public holidays or peak seasons. You'll receive a tracking link via email once your order is dispatched.

⚠️ Something Not Right?

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
